The window we had put in is just what we wanted, and we’re really happy with it. From the first visit to get a quote, the folks at Ventrolla were friendly and kept us in the loop. I especially want to give a shoutout to Jake, our installer. He was super polite, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. What stood out to me was how respectful he was towards us and our home. I was genuinely impressed. He definitely deserves some kudos for his professionalism. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took quite a while—about 6 months—from placing the order to the installation. However, I’ve been told they’ve improved these timelines for future customers. I’d definitely recommend them as a company.

The service was friendly and efficient. But man, it took nearly a year from when I ordered to when the excellent product was finally installed. The staff mentioned it was because of some issues with getting the materials.

We ordered 4 big timber sash windows from Ventrolla, and the whole experience was smooth sailing. Communication was fast and straightforward, whether we were emailing or chatting on the phone. The windows are absolutely stunning, and the installation crew did a fantastic job with minimal mess. The quality of both the service and the product definitely lived up to the high price tag.

We are super happy with the windows, and the crew that put them in was awesome. There were pretty long wait times from the first survey to when they actually got installed, but I guess that's just how it goes these days.

Other than a slight miscalculation on the time needed to finish the job, which they handled by bringing in more hands, my experience with Ventrolla has been top-notch. Anna was fantastic in keeping me updated before, during, and after the work. The window installers were always on time, diligent, courteous, and kept the place clean. Replacing a bunch of windows in January ain't exactly a walk in the park, but the crew did their best to make it as hassle-free as they could.

I wouldn’t say the experience was completely fantastic. After the pandemic, there were some supply chain hiccups that led to delays in getting the windows delivered. However, Ventrolla did a great job of keeping me in the loop. Emma, who I believe has since moved on, was particularly helpful. When the windows were finally ready, the company stuck to their promised installation date. The crew that came out, a guy and a younger fella, were top-notch. I reckon the younger one was an apprentice. The older guy handled the work and did it well. They made sure to clean up after themselves, which I appreciated. The installation was quick and didn’t cause much hassle at all. This is my second time using Ventrolla, and both experiences have been excellent. I should mention that last year's installation also took care of a faulty unit from a previous job. Ventrolla is a fantastic company—easy to reach, does great work, and is quick to fix any issues that might pop up. I’d definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

The Ventrolla Team kept in touch via email throughout the whole process, which was great. They gave ample notice about when they would start. When it came to the job itself, the workers made sure to cover and safeguard your home before getting started. They were friendly, quick, and put in a lot of effort, plus the quality of their work is top-notch.

Anna from customer service really turned things around and is an awesome representative for Ventrolla. I was feeling pretty annoyed with the delays and lack of updates from them, but everything changed for the better once Anna took charge of my order. It went from a bad situation to a really positive one. The two fitters, Andy and Paul, put in some serious effort non-stop to finish the job. Their hard work and skills are impressive. All three of them definitely deserve a nice Christmas bonus because without their help, my review wouldn't be so positive. The windows are top-notch, and I have faith that Andy and Paul did an excellent job!

I finally got one window installed after quite a long wait. This is my third time using Ventrolla, and I gotta say, the quality and skills of the installers are always on point. If you can take your time, Ventrolla is definitely the way to go.

The crew was speedy and effective, doing a solid job. My brother Alex mentioned they were super helpful and laid everything out clearly. They even pulled off the installation during a big sports event and still wrapped it up on schedule.

About a year back, we swapped out two old windows and were really pleased with how Ventrolla handled our needs and the installation process. After that, we reached out to them for a quote on two additional windows for our quaint cottage. These had to be custom-built and double-glazed. The installation crew did a fantastic job, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out. Because of this, we plan to get in touch with them again for the rest of the windows.

The folks at Ventrolla, including the Office Administrator, Surveyor, and the SouthWest Operations manager, did a solid job communicating through email and phone. They stuck to the pricing we agreed on. Initially, the South West Installation crew was supposed to be two or three, but they brought in five to wrap up the first phase. They were punctual with their start times and dates, and they treated my property with respect during both phases of the sash window renovation and the installation of secondary glazing. I did have to deal with a global manufacturer's delay of three months, but I was ready for it and appreciated the apology. The South West team—Lowe, Stewart, and Connolly—were thorough, cleaned up nicely, and took away all the waste after finishing the job. There’s one secondary window that’s acting up, and maybe another lock that’s sticking, but I’m hopeful they’ll fix or replace those when the manufacturer comes by as promised.
